Bad Service - Consumer Complaint for Nando's (maponya Mall)

How can on a busy festive season you have short staff? How long should a customer wait for the table to be cleaned...or an order to be taken. There is a notice saying please wait to be seated, well no one is going to lead you to be seated, I was given a menu right at the front, got a table that was not cleaned. I sitted for about 08-10 minutes until I stood up to ask for someone to come and clean the table. My order was taken but I had to wait for 20 minutes before I was served. My 30 minutes lunch was over. I had to leave without eating. I feel so disappointed, angry with myself. I should have gone to another restaurant.
