Good day i can attach all my emails if you want sense monday o spoke to a lady by the kroonstad branch(no name) you can check she was off on Wednesday. Monday she advised me to sent my paperwork through so she can see if i qualify for a account and if approved i need to come in for finger print. Teusday i phone again after sending my things just to hear sorry there was no attachment, o sent again just to hear today sorry your email dont have attachments again when i ask to speak to a manager she said okey it came through now. Today another lady phones me and said sorry that lady misunderstood me she works in cash office but they cant help me i must come in Business is hard outaide now but still wee serve customers like this
