Disgusting service received - Consumer Complaint for Busy Corner TV Repairs

The tv was returned 2nd time because after "repairs" were done a telefunken logo appeared on the screen and our tv remote couldn't work with the tv. Finally I got my tv, my original remote missing no explanation,im sitting with an unknown person remote, no Telefunken logo on, the speaker pops every time we change the channel, middle of the screen there is 4 grey permanent marks on. For this kind of service I would have refunded the person and replacing the tv if I couldn't get it fixed.
