Parcel not Delivered on Delivery Date - Consumer Complaint for J&T Express Philippines

I ordered a gaming chair online and the expected delivery date is today (06-03-2021) but no delivery was made and I already contacted shopees Customer service about this and the J&T Eastern Visayas Branch Located in Tacloban I already informed them that they must deliver the Package today since i'll be traveling tomorrow back to Cebu for work related purposes. The response I get is that they will coordinate with the branch involved but when i ask for an update they no longer response to my messages. The staff that im talking to informed me that they will prioritize my parcel but up until now no delivery updates was sent to me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Don't expect any payments for the item. It's their fault for the delays and not following the delivery by date indicated in the Tracker
