Bad service - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

I bought a mobicel fame 4days ago it's giving problems. Been standing here for more than half an hour but the manager Michael is not being very helpful. Pep Bela Bela limpopo. I find the Manager Michael to be spiteful and wasting my time.
