Headsets fault - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

I bought diseny headsets on the 4th to my surprise they seem to be a fault the sound is terrible went to pep cell twice and it was closed on the 15 and 16 I went to pep store to complain they told me they can't help me so where must I go
