Extremely expensive - Consumer Complaint for Staple Phillip G Dr

I went to this dentist with my 2 boys and when asked what we are each doing, I stated that the little one has a tooth that hurts and my 14 year old and I need to get our teeth cleaned. I was told that teeth cleaning is $7000 and was told nothing about an oral examination fee which I was told afterwards was $3500 each. Though the doctor says he doesn't charge for oral examination because people doesn't come prepared for it, he still had the 80% which is $2800 deducted from each of our health cards because he says it's not coming out of my pocket. I thought that was straight up deceiving and criminal. And the teeth cleaning he said was $7000 turned out to be $10,000. After I called and talked to the receptionist, I was told that once the teeth cleaning is done the oral examination is not charged for, so I told him I was on my way back there. On my way there I called back and was told the doctor already left which was at 4pm even though they closed at 5pm. I was on my way back there in less than an hour after I left and he had 2 patients so I knew the receptionist was lying about the doctor not being there. THEY ARE ALL A BUNCH OF THIEVES! I WILL NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST/DENTAL OFFICE.
