Shopee update "Consignee not around" but didn't deliver anything - Consumer Complaint for THE TELEEMPIRE INC

I've been waiting for my order to arrived but nobody from 2go delivers! I saw on shopee update that "Consignee not around" but im here in my office all day waiting for the delivery. now you will return to the sender ??? Please help !
