Medication delivery - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

I had open jaw surgery. Part of my release medication was an existing script at Clicks N1 pharmacy. I contacted the pharmacy to send link for payment and delivery urgently. 1 day later, lots of pain, difficulty with speaking again contacted them. 3rd day get a call to say medication on the way. I explain something is wrong I need link to pay first. Well incorrect medication received. I again contact the pharmacy manager Lucas Rashidi (not sure of spelling) as he laughed when I asked for his surname and put phone down in my ear. I called back. He answered and again laughed putting phone down in my ear. This caused me considerable stress as he was delaying my medication being received. I have since paid for my medication via link 10h00am which is still not received 16h52.
Please assist. Day 5!
