Why it takes so long for my refund? I'll pay immediately for the service installation fee but your line man doesn't give me feedback about our line problem in our residence and suddenly it was disapproved by your line man, I'm very disappoint with your service, I need my money now or else i will complain at NTC because of your poor service.
