Lack of Communication - Consumer Complaint for CJK Paint Contracotrs

I have tried from 2 March to deal with ABSA in my Personal and my Business capacity.

my request were very clear ABSA need to look at Personal and Business situation regarding COVER 19 to gather and not separate.

Up to now I only get feed back from ABSA if I keep following up on my mails and phone call.
Now on Friday 22 Mei my Personal banker phone me and say my request on the personal side were declined. I ask her to send me the report or reasons why it were declined and why did they not look at my situation at abs together with the Business side. Up to now no respons on that.

I did send a mail now in this regard asking for a in person meeting and if they can confirm the meeting by COB on Monday 25 Mei. (As usual nobody will answer me.)
