Ever since we purchased this lounge suit we have ongoing problems.
We complaint to the store but blame is just shifted every time. In 2019 they collected and repaired and send back couches more broken that it was before , after sending this back for a 3rd time 2020, they re -upholstered the 2 seaters top and bottom different fabric the one seater new fabric and other ne old totally mismatched lounge suite that they delivered. Now they collected again two weeks ago and no one can give me a status update.
The warehouse is blaming the branch who is blaming Head Office who refuse to take the blame.
I'm sitting without couches and all the call Centre can tell me is oh I will escalate here is a new reference..... Bloody ridiculous
