Impossible to cancel contract - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I have been trying to cancel an unused contract since the beginning of April. I have paid an outstanding amount, completed a cancellation form, and every month Vodacom just keeps on taking money.
I have 2 other large contracts with VOdacom that I am now considering moving to MTN.
Please help.
