Delay in providing the home Internet service - Consumer Complaint for Ogero

On 7 and 8 June 2018, Ogero called to intall the modem but I wasn't at home.

Since then,no one called me on my mobile to advise when they will install the modem to be at home once they arrive.

I need the internet connection badly and I can't affrod more delay in activating the internet on my phone number 04/920817

please I need an urgent cooperation.
