bad customer service and warranty of the car - Consumer Complaint for RCL FOODS

RCL FOODSi have traded in my car at KIA silverlakes for Kia Rio which 2015 model, there is nothing good that went right with the service i received. firstly the sales person will never call you to give an update, secondly they gave me a car that is out warrant and has some mechanical problems with no service history, i bought the car with finance of which with my knowledge they should sell that car cash it has so many problems. i want to return the car, they must make sure everything is fixed in the mean time they should borrow me car, or i am taking this further.
