i have traded in my car at KIA silverlakes for Kia Rio which 2015 model, there is nothing good that went right with the service i received. firstly the sales person will never call you to give an update, secondly they gave me a car that is out warrant and has some mechanical problems with no service history, i bought the car with finance of which with my knowledge they should sell that car cash it has so many problems. i want to return the car, they must make sure everything is fixed in the mean time they should borrow me car, or i am taking this further.

please change the company name to KIA MOTORS.
