Delivery and order issue - Consumer Complaint for Steers (the Crossing Mall)

Unhappy with the steers mokopane crossing mall, yesterday I have placed an order via telephone around 6pm I took close to 10min talking to them, firstly I talked to the lady then she gave the phone some guy after placing an order I asked for delivery they said it will take 45 min I said it's OK, then 7h30pm I called again where is my order then one said its out the other 1 said no the driver is living now,
Then 8h05 pm I called again, my kids are hungry it's already 8 since I ordered at 6 then let me just cancel my order, then they gave me the driver he said I'm out 5min I will be there then 8h35pm I called them I told them how incompent they are and it's not the first time their orders are always late and they won't even apologize they don't value customers, 04-06-2018 it's the date that shift that were working that day their incompetent.
