Delivery of spare parts on order and paid for - Consumer Complaint for D. T. Dobie & Co. (K) Ltd - Head Office

on 12th march 2018 i ordered for the importation of piston rings and a cylinder head gasket through yourselves for my car chassis no. wdd2120472a434208. despite excellent service quality by the sales agent handling my order , it is now over one month and i am not getting any useful feedback as to why my spares have not been delivered.i was originally given a lead time of 14 working days.
