Refund not happening - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

I Bought a Sealy bed from Bradlows. After 2 days returned it, and asked for a refund.
I'm still waiting. It's now nearly a month. I phone the branch, they will call me back. Never does actually call back Phone head office, they cant help. I Bought in on 11 May 2021.

With this type of service, I will never by again from Bradlows. It's pathetic.
