Unprofessional staff - Consumer Complaint for Franko Phones (Franko Trading Enterprise)



I came to Adum Frako phones head office for my world remittance on 7th September 2019, the amount of money the lady had to give to me she reduced it because she claims that she calculates the pounds with her own figures.
I asked her to explain further to me why an amount would be deducted from the money and she got angry and told me to leave the office because she won’t redraw the money for me.
She told me to go and come back on Monday, I begged her to redraw the money for me but she refused.
How can I beg for my own money, this only happens in Ghana not in London where I stay.
I left the office very unhappy and went home
I came back on 14th September 2019 at exactly 11 am as that was the time stated there that they start work
To my surprise, I waited until after 1 30 pm that was when she came.
She felt so proud to even apologise,
I took my money and still an amount was deducted from it.
They are thieves to be precise
I wouldn’t recommend anyone to send money to their family members through franko trading.
She’s very proud and unprofessional
This kind of attitude cannot be shown up in London.
