We have had no internet and cable connection since October 25 until November 25, 2020. Connection was eventually restored but was lost again on the 29th of November until today. What's worse is that our account has been paid for until the end of the year (December 2020), WITHOUT PROPER SERVICE. Under such circumstances, the service provider SHOULD have enough decency to provide an automatic rebate/refund on the grounds of unrendered services.
