Laybuy Refund - Consumer Complaint for OK Furniture - Head Office

Last month I made a laptop laybuy at Ok furniture in Senekal. When I came to collect it they said they don't have it in stock and when I'm asking for a refund,they say they don't have money in their till and i seriously need the laptop i have a test tomorrow I'm a student.
