Quit Claim - Consumer Complaint for Eternal Plans Incorporated - Head Office

Good day!

Would like to follow up the status of quit claims of Elisa Gaa Cresencio with planholder No. 2-DY-02-069578.I've been doing follow ups with you yet we got no response. I was told that the claim will be released after a year the claim was filed yet its already 2 had passed but there's not update. I am now planning to get/seek legal action regarding this if there is still no update on my plan.
