- Consumer Complaint for MENLYN TAXI ASSOCIATION - HEAD OFFICE

Hi guys, i have been so disappointed by Menlyn taxi drivers so much that i was thinking that no one cares. I was in this taxi this morning and there was a guy who did not know where in Atterbury is he going to get off (he had the name of the place but never been there before), he asked the driver and the driver just looked at him and said nothing. Now we are paying and the person helping the driver with payment was left stunt cause the driver did not care if anyone had change or not. When we got somewhere in Charles street the taxi picked up another passenger who asked the driver if he is going to Menlyn Maine and he agreed. When the driver passed the street going to Menlyn Maine the passenger asked why and driver just said i am going straight and remember this guy paid. All this incidents in one morning by one person. I felt let down and you can just with you had a car or alternative transport. taxi plate number BP82XKGP.
