TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
This is NOT actually a complaint but an opportunity for Cashwagon to improve their service.
I would like to know the status of my loan application for the second time but there's no one to talk to. It's a repeat loan dated 29 April 2019 but up to this date there has been no confirmation if it's a go or a no.
Everytime you dial the Customer Service number, it is always busy or not in service. I've tried their chat messaging option on their website but no one answers.
Queries cannot be cleared if they don't open their line to clients/customers.
I hope this could be fixed soon.
