Bad service - Consumer Complaint for JOZ THE KEYMAN (Pty) Ltd

His repaired my BMW E46 footlocker but exactly a week after the repairs it's doing the same problem.I called him to come and sort it out but now he is givinge the run around and refused to come and open the car.He now suddenly remembered that the key is worn BUT he did not even mention that when he quoted me and I accepted his quote.He was paid for his "job".I'm not happy at all!!!!
