DELAYED DELIVERY OF PARCEL - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

LBC - Head OfficeMy concern was about the parcel I sent since Sept. 2, 2020, time 10:59:05 AM, that until now was not yet received by the consignee ( my sister Nelia Villanueva Mamaril) . It's been 12 days already since it was sent. I tried several times of following-up at the office of origin which is at GAISANO, IRIGA, but still no update given on the status of the said parcel. Hoping for immediate action.
