Follow up Notification Communication Fast Response - Consumer Complaint for Cedrus Bank

Hello there -

Ive subscribed almost 2 years ago because i needed an account so my jobs in africa can transfert money to it.

So far Ive been receiving money, but no notifications either messages or emails. Only worked when I was in Lebanon (only
cople text messages notifications and not always)

Ive recently moved to another country for a new job and gave my Cedrus account to my new work company and also email one of your employee to make sure the account still work and that ill get notificatin via email and via my new phone number that ive communicated but no answer so far- as well as in the past I ve struggled to get informations from the Bank via email with no answers..

Please help!
I dont bring millions to your Bank but i have a big mouth..
