Ford Edge Paint peeling - Consumer Complaint for Al Tayer Motors LLC

I own a Ford Edge car brought from Al tayer motors 2 years back. Before coming to last service, I noticed some patch on the roof top and and eventually it lead to the peeling of the paint from that area. I went to the show room and met the sales executive (whom I dealt with when I brought this car). He advised me to notify the issue while going for service. When I took the appointment, I mentioned this issue and the representative told me to notify the issue to the service centre. Later when I approached the service center, they told me that I have to send the car to body workshop and the complaint shall be considered during the service. When I went there in the body shop, no one was there at that time and unfortunately, I was not able to take my car there after that. So I waited for next service. Now when I took my car for service, the center considered this paint peeling issue, but they rejected my complaint with a reason that it happened because of bird dropping. I was surprised to hear this because I am using a covered parking and washes my car every alternative days. If so how bird dropping can be a cause of this?

Also, I have noted some other ford edge car in the service centre have the same paint peeling issue and in most of the vehicle it had spreaded to most of the areas. I fear the same for my vehicle as well.

The explanation from your side is not justifiable. As I have trust in you and your brand, hope you will consider this request and do the needful as early as possible.
