Vodacom your service stinks - Consumer Complaint for Frikkies Kabinette

I post this on 22 April. Someone phoned me and said "somebody will contact me the following day. Nobody phoned me . VODACOM YOUR SERVICE STINKS . On 17 January 2020 a representative of Vodacom, Nandi advised me of a contract for fibre that is available. On an app on her phone she showed that Fibre was now available in my area. I am a client of Vodacom for more than 20 years and thought that what I was promised was an excellent deal. The following was promised:

- 10 mbps uncapped fibre - R605. 00
- 300 gig LTE data free till fibre is active
- fibre is available in 21 days
- free modum and installation
- first amount payable after fibre is active - R605. 00

On 22 January 2020 I received the modum on order number SO200120-906133. After 21 days I contacted the call center to enquire when the fibre will be activated only to be advised of the following :

- only 100 gig available for the first month thereafter R599. 00 will be for my account
- 10 mbps line will be throttled to 2 mpbs after 500 gig
- fibre still not active in my area

I have made several calls to the call center as I would like to know when the fibre will be available. Till date no one has contacted me regarding this matter. I have lodged a dispute with your company.

As a client for such a long time I have not had any problems in the past. I currently have 5 contracts (fibre included) with your company. I feel that with this fibre contract what is promised and what we are receiving is unfair. The wool is being pulled over everyones eyes and promises are made that is not being kept.
