Refund of charges made when confirmed not charging - Consumer Complaint for Standard Bank - Sanridge Square

Susan Bapela sitting on refund due since 4th January when confirmed at the branch no charge would be made for stamped copies of statements for 3 months requested by standard bank reserve bank dept. for emigration. Please reverse it. Over R200 spent on telephone calls to be told it has been reversed and it has not been reversed. What is the problem with this member of staff who cannot seem to make a decision. Today your customer services cannot understand why the said member of staff is doing nothing about this when it has been escalated twice since 4th January 2019. Account G Robinson 00002974339. Please add cost of phone calls to the reversed R120. If we were staying in SA we would certainly change banks as you do not keep your word. Your internet banking is also a nightmare. Banking should be easy not a nightmare.
