OK Furniture - Head OfficeWhen I bought a bed from OK Furniture, I thought I was buying from a reputable company but now it seems I would have got better service buying something from a spazza shop. February marks exactly a year that I’ve been struggling to get a satisfactory bed from OK. When I took delivery of my bed in 2020 it was not the correct bed and I was told that the OK Furniture George branch did not have the proper bed in stock. I was assured that the proper bed would be delivered the following week, which never happened. Upon delivery I also pointed out to the person delivering that not only was it the wrong bed but there was also damage to both the base and the mattress. Now one year later I’m told that I need to reapply for a bed on credit. This unacceptable and utterly unprofessional. Never in my life have I experience such incompetence and gross negligence from both a company and it’s employees. I demand that you have the bed delivered that I purchased over a year ago.
