Give me good service and I'll give you good money. What happened with this franchise. Clearly it's losing it's value and that because of people who thinks the world owes them... I am very disappointed in the store that trusted for so many years!!!

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding bad service that I received this morning from your Bara Mall Pep Cell branch. I went to purchase MTN data after queuing for about 10 minutes the lady behind the counter who was supposed to serve me was busy chatting on her cell phone & when I confronted her her about ths & demanded that she assist me she rudely responded that she has gead me but was still busy on the phone I must thus chill. I felt offended by her conduct towards me & left without been provided with a service. It is thus against thus background that I request y urgent intervention that action against this employee be taken by y good self. I am prepared to be your witness. My contacts are mentioned hereunder.
