Unprofessional response from the administrator - Consumer Complaint for Port Florence Community Hospital

Unprofessional administrator.gives my drugs to another patient(how?).not sorry about it.very bad.administrator.gives my drugs to another patient(how?).not sorry about it.very bad.she goes ahead to say that I contribute very little to NHIF-i didn't decide the amount to contribute.NHIF did and I adhere to it,so why am I being punished?she says I went late.they have never told me a time to go and get drugs.i wish she understands that patients are already in much pain and they need to treat them well.it is unfortunate that I had to go through this.i hope no one else suffers in the hands of this Jackline lady please address this as a matter of urgency.
