Ref 4784319 Reported my meter box burning - Consumer Complaint for EKURHULENI METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY-ELECTRICITY-ACCOUNTS

Reported my meter box burning on friday and after 3 days still no attention to it. Some lied that he/she attended to the issue. They even closed my call without my knowledge. If this is how Ekurhuleni operates then it’s so disappointing. We pay for all this Services but we are treated like trash when it comes to receiving services. Hope to get assistance even now we are still in the dark.
