Fraud Agent Fraud Company - Consumer Complaint for HYDRO HOMES REAL ESTATE BROKER

We have booked a flat and paid a booking fee to reserve the unit and unfortunately we cant go ahead with the same unit so we agree to find another one.since we are going home for vacation,we agree with the agent name zeeshan to provide us the unit on our return.when we return from.vacation,the agent is not contactable anymore.we end up looking for another unit with another agent.we tried to contact the agent after we move to new flat to get the payment as the contract was did not proceed.the agent zeeshan who came back from vacation is now telling us that the payment we made is not refundable.he should have inforned us that he is going or vacation or atleast handover us to another agent but he just ignore us and now their manager told they will refund but he keep on insisting not refundable.he is the one who did not provide the unit in the first place.he just took our payment and he keep on doing it to orher people.
