Goods not delivered, while paymnet done to the Fashionhub - Consumer Complaint for FASHIONHUB

I placed an order with Fashionhub on 27 November 2017 and still have proof of payment. To date the goods were not delivered and did not get my refund. Several emails were forwarded to Fashionhub, and no response received. I contacted them telephonically during November 2017 and the lady named Cathy, indicated that there is a delay, I will receive may order before festive season. I contacted them again after three weeks, the telphone line is no longer in service, the cellphone number was also forever unavailable.

Herewith proof of payment made below, attached. Fashionhub robbed me my money; what a scam!!!
