Kambrok kettle - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

On the 31st December 2017, I went to Click at EYETHU MALL Orange Farm and bought a KABROK Cordless Kettle . The kettle burn while switch on to boil water and the bottom part is the only part damaged. I went to Clicks to get an exchange but was told the warranty on the kettle its only for the kettle not the bottom part of the kettle but the kettle is cordless and came with the bottom part and its ony 18 days since I bought it and the manager refused to take it back.
