Update about my incentive - Consumer Complaint for DDC Land Incorporated - Pasay Office

Ive veen calling the information desk for quite sometimes asking about my incentives upadate,,but the more i called the more she declined it,its obvious that they were able to hear my call they just let it pass and not answer at all...the incentive that i was trying to ask is already over a year ago, i understand that it will be processed once it was being taken out by the pag ibig,,,as what i know its alreasy taken out by the pag ibig,,so whats taking them so long to process my incentive? Even ms.merz is not answering my messages and calls,,if there were a chance that they would answer my call,the receptionist will only tell me that she will update me,but after several days no update from both of them....what is this? Theyre letting me wait in vain.
