Rude and incompetent courier - Consumer Complaint for J&T Express Philippines

Since i started selling in shopee, i’ve had one courier who would always pick-up my items. He has been extremely rude every time. I have long been asking for him to give us pouches because i found out that he does not put my items in a pouch anymore and only delivers the items as is but he keeps saying that he doesnt have a pouch and he will bring tomorrow but we never got any pouches from him. We put cling and bubble wrap around our productd and expect him to put it in a pouch but for 2 weeks now he’s been saying that they dont have electricity in their store so they cannot print waybills and put it in a pouch. I have been sticking my waybills on the bubble wrap as instructed by him. As it turns out, it was because he didnt want to put our products in the pouch anymore. What can i do about this? This is the same courier that picks up our products everyday. I only have his number, no name. +63 906 270 9412

Expecting a reply soon because we are working so hard to keep a good name for our shop and if our items arrive there without the pouch for added protection, how can we do this??
