I shipped my items from China via EMATRONICZ GHANA LIMITED early Dec 2018, which was 1.5CBM and I was charged a door to door delivery fee of $630.30 which I made a one time full payment. According to them, the ETA was 20th Feb, 2019. Now it’s today 19th April 2019 but I still don’t have my items. Anytime I call them, they tell me a different story and now they’re not even picking up calls neither are they responding my messages. They are not telling me anything. I don’t even know what to do now. I’ve been left hanging. My name is Seth

Actually, it's not a permanent job so in order to help meet the demands of family pressures, I decided to engage in additional business with the little I've been able to save and so I contacted a guy who was a friend in SHS who was in China and discussed with him how he could help me buy some things in China and then send them to me here in Ghana to sell. He also agreed and gave me sites I can get cheap but quality goods to buy. So to start with and see how the market will respond to it, I sent him money to buy me 75 pieces of football Jerseys and some flying ties and brooch. This happened in July and because the season was about to start, I asked him to make arrangement to send them to me here in Ghana. He also contacted a shipping company owned by a Ghanaian called Emmatronicz Global Shipping Company. The weight of the goods was 35kg and so the company charged 60rmb/kg which in total was 2100RMB. We paid the money to the company and sent the package goods to them. They also weighed and it was 35kg.
2 days later when we contacted them to check on how long it will take for it to get to Ghana, the company then replied by saying the weight has increased from 35 - 85kg and so we would have to pay for the remaining 50kg. So we asked how come it happened so. They then came with the explanation that they had to use some international space calculation and things and so that has increased the weight of the goods. So we told them that we cannot pay for that and so if they will not send it at the amount they've already charged, they should return the goods to the one who sent it to them and refund the money to us because some was ready also to send it at the same charge. We contacted them to ask the next day if they've returned it but the guy said they're now searching for the goods and so we should give them some time. We kept on asking and asking and then about 5days later, they replied by saying the goods are in Ghana ad therefore we would have to pay the difference before it can be delivered to me. So we told them we cannot pay that's the reason they were told not to send but they went ahead and sent it. And besides, we cannot pay GH3,600 for delivery for a good costing only about GH¢2,000. So from August 15 that the goods arrived in Ghana till now, I've not received my goods. They've decided not to send them to me until I pay the difference which I've told them I won't py because I can't get the money and the season has started already too and the market is dwindling every day.
So please madam I'm pleading with you to help so that these people will give me my goods please.
