Poor service - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

I bought my phone Samsung A2 Core at Pep since I buy all of my phones there on the 24th August 2019. But on the 19th July 2020 it started overheating so I took it back to Pep in Phumulani Mall, your consultant Maureen tested the phone and booked it for repairs. She told me to come back after six weeks which I did. To my horror I was told to pay for the repairs or take my phone back without being fixed. While the six weeks she gave me exhausted my guarantee. So I'm not happy with this
