Delivery fee issue - Consumer Complaint for OK Furniture - Head Office

On the 07/03/2020 I bought Mini oven for cash,I was advised to not collect it because there was a promising special on the upcoming week.unfortunately the store closed due to lockdown.On the 26/05/2020 ,I went to collect My item I was forced to pay delivery fee while I have My own vehicle.I paid the amount while I transported My stove.Please can you look at this as it was cash purchase and prior implementation of new lockdown regulations .These regulations dont apply to this purchase.This is exploitation of customers and I will not stand for it.please adress it accordingly. We all affected by lockdown in a negative way.Im currently unemployed so why should I pay for delivery that I do not need.
