Zanzibar sofa - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

0n the 31 March 2021 I brought Zanzibar sofa at Bradlows Rustenburg under Eunice management. 3 weeks after i released that one sofa is damaged i called them and they lay complain to HO. After a month a got a call from the driver telling me that they refused to repair the sofa and they told him to return like that. I told the driver to return back to HO.that is the bad service that I got from Bradlows and til today my sofa is still not fixed and no response from them. Please refund my money and come and collect the other sofa so that I can buy somewhere else where I can be help with respect and good service. Caroline.
