False advertising - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

I purchased a lounge set
In February from the store at phoenix plaza.
They took a month to deliver, upon delivery I found the sofas to be damaged and flimsy.
I reported it immediately
With pictures to back up
The store only sent someone through after a month
And after debiting my account.i have called numerous times.but it's always an excuse.i asked to exchange the entire set
But the manager and staff clearly font know what the hell they are doing.well anyways they fetched .mind you only one couch last month.leaving the other 2 broken couches behind.
It's now the 27 of May.
No news or info about my stuff.its really disappointing and disgusted on the quality that bradlows stuff.i really made a mistake.and don't know what to do.they have taken 2 debit orders already.
