I have already finished my contract to Smart Communication exactly May 28 and I called them to cancel my number and end my subscription. I spoke with Kim and their supervisor named
Roda Villaflorez with employee number 8365. I am begging to have my subscription to be cut off but instead they have renewed my plan without ny authorization and now I am suffering to pay a fee from them which I am not paying.
