Prepacked prescribtion - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

Why do I register for prepacked prescription get an sms then when I get to store have to wait in same que as everybody else for 45minutes then I might as well not get it prepacked as there is no benefit. There should be a seperate line for prepacked. Bethlehem.
