Northgate store is the shittiest - Consumer Complaint for Cash Converters Northgate

It’s been 2months if not 3 trying to sell my stuff to Cash Converters in Northgate.I went there for the 1st time they took my details and said they would call.A month later I still hadn’t received a call I went to enquirer I came across a guy who was very rude told me to wait my turn they will call me. 2months later I went again a lady called Nantsi said the guys would come to my house till this day nobody has.Last week I went to the store again the owner told me she can’t help me she’s busy they will help me the following weekend. This weekend still nobody has called till this day. It’s the shittiest store ever nobody cares from the owner to the manager to the guys on the floor bare in mind I live a walk away from the store.
