Unfriendly and very rude vodacom consultant - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I wanted to cancel my contract as the date of expiry was approaching, 30 days in advance but then my account was in arrears so I had to pay before I can put that cancellation notice. During that process I wanted to know how much was gonna be debited on my acc since my contract will be closing on the 6th October and vodacom is gonna put in data on the 1st October and there was gonna be the last debit on the 7th of October, so all I wanted was an explanation of what to expect, weather or not I will pay the full amount or not, I had lots of questions that I needed to understand but the lady was so rude to me, she said she doesn’t have those answers for me and that the system calculates that for me, so she won’t know. Her name is Maria K, she refused to give me her surname, I spoke to her on Friday the 18th September about 14h30 PM using mobile no 079 184 9592 . Please take her to customer service classes, she can’t talk politely to a client, I am so unhappy with her service and would like to have a feedback of this matter, I don’t even feel like my issue or questions with vodacom were answered, I still don’t know what to expect when the contract expires.Please call me to resolve the issue.Regards Maggie Mathobela
