I cancelled this policy on the same day I was forced to get this one. What is the status? Please update me. And please do not deceive people by asking if we have credit card and ATM and you are giving a gift for users only to find out that you are selling life insurance and force people to get one. Please PROVIDE PROPER TRAINING AND POSITIVE SCRIPTS TO YOUR AGENTS ON HOW TO SELL YOUR PRODUCTS EFFECTIVELY..BY EXPLAINING WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS WE COULD GET AND NOT ASKING IF WE HAVE ATM ETC ETC THEY LOOK LIKE SCAMMERS..WHY ON THE SPOT THEY ARE ASKING IF WE HAVE PLENTY OF MONEY ON OUR BANK ACCOUNTS MY GOD!!! HAVE A BETTER STRATEGY IN APPROACHING PEOPLE SO YOU PEOPLE CAN GET A POSITIVE CUSTOMER AND A SURE SALE..I KNOW PEOPLE WILL BE INTERESTED SINCE WE ARE IN PANDEMIC YOU JUST HAVE TO BE HONEST..AND EXPLAIN RIGHT AWAY ANO ANG KAGANDAHAN NG MERON NITO. I have the same problem po and I canceled it the next day. Sobrang galing nila mag manipulate ng tao. I was forced to get the insurance na ndi ko naman po gusto. Please update naman po kng ano status ng request for cancellation.

Nag-email po ako sa [email protected] (please check sa website nila yung email ad). Nagreply sila, ang sabi they have a 30-day process daw for this. And then the agent from SM North EDSA contacted me to personally come to their office to further discuss this matter. I was hoping for a quick resolution, but pinipilit nila akong wag mag-cancel. Long story short, nagalit na ako sa kanila. Then the manager came out to talk to me. Pinagawan nila ako ng letter,saying na after ko silang makausap, magka-cancel pa rin ako. So, I did. Magdadalawang linggo na simula noon pero wala pa ring progress. Ang sinasagot lang "please bear with us" Sana ma-resolve na, kasi nakakagalit ang ginagawa nila talaga.
