My father in law, Leonardo Balbuena Sr died but has not used his lifeplan because he died in a far flung area in Surigao del Sur and Eternal has no tie up funeral services. As agreed with Eternal, we will just be reimbursing the said plan. We already submitted the documents but everytime we go to the main office, no update was given. Its been over a year since we filed for the reimbursement. At least you should provide us a definite date kelan marelease. Pumunta pa dto yung biyenan ko from Surigao to follow up the claim.

Any development po sa claims nyo? Like yours, we are keeping follow up din po with unused life plan / funeral service.
